My Approach

My work is grounded in the belief that healing does not require urgency, fixing, or performance. It requires space, presence, and care that honors the whole person and their lived experience.

I work from a nature-informed and nervous system aware framework, with close attention to pace, environment, and the conditions that support a sense of safety and steadiness. This approach allows people to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what has been asking for care beneath the surface.

Nature plays an essential role in this work. Time in relationship with the natural world supports regulation, reflection, and a return to self in ways that feel accessible and humane. Nature here is not limited to a specific setting. It is understood as a relational presence that can be cultivated through awareness, rhythm, and connection to natural cycles.

This framework allows the work to remain adaptable across settings, including individual sessions, retreats, and educational spaces, while staying rooted in integrity, attunement, and care.

My approach is informed by doctoral level research, clinical training, and lived experience within education and community care. It is also shaped by culture, story, and the wisdom that emerges when we listen deeply rather than push forward.

I am especially drawn to working with people who are thoughtful, capable, and often carrying more than they show. Those who function well, yet sense that something inside is asking for a different rhythm.

Here, the work is not about becoming someone new.
It is about coming home to yourself.
